Short

I feel convicted a little bit today. When I get busy, I know I get a little short with people. Sometimes it is my wife, sometimes it is church members, and sometimes it is a good friend.

I read an interesting post on another blog about shaving off two extra seconds to what would otherwise be a pleasant interaction. The basic premise is to be gracious in your interactions. Even if you are busy take the two extra seconds to be pleasant and actually listen.

I've got a busy week this week. I am going to make sure to take the extra two seconds. It's not about the tasks, but it is about the relationships.
