So we drive 860 miles from Illinois to New York. We left at 2pm on Sunday afternoon and arrived about 6:30pm on Monday evening. We come all this way and what is the first thing we do? We go to the playground to play on the swing and the slide. It is something we could have just as easily done in Illinois. But instead of mommy or daddy pushing the swing - Great Grandma did it. That made it all worth it.
Tomorrow we are going to Sesame Place in Pennsylvania. It is an amusement park for kids. On Friday we will be going to Jones Beach. On Sunday we will be worshiping at the Journey Church in Manhattan followed by a trip the the B&H Superstore and a day in Central Park. Then back home to Illinois next week.
